Great integration stuff between W8 and WP8!

Im looking for those great stuff between both, W8 on my PC and WP8 on my Lumia 920. I remember an ad some time ago about 2 kids adding stuff to the grocery list live, on time; and the father received those changes immediately. How i can do that?

Xattica: Use OneNote, I think that was all he used. It syncs directly, so it should work like you describe?

Yup. OneNote with the same Microsoft account on the PC and the phone.
