Green dots on lumia 830 screen

Hi! First: Sorry for my English.

I notice that my Lumia 830 has this green dots (pixel?) on the left side of the screen. Is hard to notice but if you look close in a dark image you can see it. Almost like fingers print. Looks like its dirty.

It doesn't bother me that much but what is this? Dead pixel? Can it become worst? Should I use the warrant? It's ok for me but I'm afraid of this get worse.

It doesn't appear on glance screen.

I bought my 830 recently and I've also found those Green dots... Not sure if its a defect...
