Groove Music Broken, Unable to Use

I recently did a hard reset and after i found Groove music was broken it didnt do this immediately but after a couple times opening it, it get stuck right here...forever. I tried doing 3 more resets on the phone and Groove works for a few hours then breaks right here again and again, once its at this point there is no way to open it or uninstall it.

Someone please help me this is a huge problem now i can no longer use the app at all to listen to music, cant figure a work around...
