Groove Music won't play music when in background!!

Groove Music and various other apps that I've downloaded do not play music (which was already running) if the app is in background or if the app is exited. It used to before the last two Insider Updates. Current build is 10.0.14946 (Windows 10 Mobile). I've tried both hard and soft resets and using an alternate sd card for storage. Any help? (Lumia 830)

Do you have Groove set to always enabled in background?
