Groove not showing music in Onedrive

Hi, new windows 10 mobile user here. I can't seem to sign in to my Microsoft account on the Groove app for it to show my uploaded music on OneDrive. I get a "your region is not supported" error (I live in India and do not have a Groove music pass), however i used to be able to access my Onedrive music on the Groove Android app. Can someone help?
