In settings I can see an option for continuum - keep screen on while music is playing via continuum - toggle options for on and off

Probably should be there since we are all running developer versions of the OS anyway. Just as long as you don't tap the camera button and end up in Blue tooth settings, I'd say you are ahead of the game.
