Groove won't download after .71 insider update

Just like my title says, I can't get groove to download anything at all and it's really frustrating me. I switched from sd to phone and back and all that jazz but nothing's working. It streams fine, but I can't download on wifi or cellular

I have had the same issue but stumbled on to a fix this afternoon. I still have some music on my SD card that I had downloaded to play offline (not my collection from Onedrive). I started playing one of these songs, then signed in while the song was playing. Hope it works for others
