GroupMe not receiving pin

Hello all, I have been using this app for awhile, today I had to uninstall and re install and I haven't received a pin after trying multiple times since the afternoon.

An email to their support comes back with a generic reply.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Update: emailed support around this time yesterday, got a reply back this morning around 9:00 asking for my phone number so they can get a PIN for me.


I replied immediately, didn't hear from them until 3:30 pm with a PIN.

This PIN didn't work, which I let them know, no reply yet and the close in 30 mins.

I have also contacted them through Tweeter and Facebook but no success.

This is very disappointing customer service.
