I understand what I'm being asked to do, but I don't understand how this works.

Do the network mods go through every site's 'reports and infractions' forum and pick out those reports with a reason: 'cross site spammer'?
Are these reports somehow being forwarded to the other sites, or are the network mods now the only folks dealing with cross site spammers?

Network mods and Team Leaders deal with cross site spammers.

As a Team Leader here, I get the reports for all of the other sites. I do not moderate reports I receive from other sites unless they deal with spam. I've already banned and cleaned several spammers on the iMore forums.
