Had to link Hotmail and Skype accounts and Skype is now not letting me log in.

[Windows Central Question]

Skype asked me to link my account with Hotmail and then wouldn't accept my login. When i tried resetting the password, Skype said it would send the code to my phone, then to my secondary email. i received neither notification and now Skype has locked me out.
Help?
