Half Display Flickering Issue

Is anyone having display flickering issue in the lower half of display(upper half is normal)? I thought I damaged my display somehow, but later fiddling with brightness settings, I have deducted the issue to be only occurring in least brightness and not in medium or max brightness setting.

i use on automatic settings so cant confirm that, but yes i do get screen flickering like it a quick reboot for the display ,but never noticed the brightness. It was more on windows phone 8.1 but has been occurring less in windows 10. *lumia 730.
