Halo wars 2 on Surface Book (not perf base)

I am interested in buying Halo Wars 2 and I would like to know if any of you have played on a Surface Book. Is it playable? Are there any issues?

I have the i7, 16GB, 512GB SSD model with the NVidia GPU (not the perf base)

I understand that the Surface Book is not a gaming laptop, but it would be nice to hear from someone that has tested the game on it.

I just downloaded the demo and it is playable only if you configure a resolution of 1500x1000 or less. It is still far than good, so I guess, it should be better to play this game on a gaming laptop or on XBOX...
