Hard reset and Time

I once again had yo reset my 950XL because it foes the usual slow down every 90 days. This time, it reset the time to a 24 hour clock. I went into the settings and changed it to a 12 hour format and then things went crazy. The calendar stayed in a 24 hour format. The top at the notification area went to a 12 hour format. The locks screen went to a hybrid and is showing time in a 12 hour format but with a zero in front (example: 06:35). Anyone else ever have this happen and if so how did you fix it?

Hmm that's odd. Is this happening with a SIM inside? Did you do the hard reset with one in?
