Hard Reset on Nokia Lumia 928 appears stuck

Thank you so much for whoever posted how to get my nokia working again, simply hold down volumn plus power for 15 seconds, it worked...

How many times should I repeat that i did that like 6-7 times and still stuck

I had this same problem. I did this and worked like a charm. Suffering from the spinning cogs issue on a Nokia Windows Phone? There's a fix for that | Windows Phone Central

Thanks for the reply pechio. Unfortunately, I have had no luck with that particular solution. Right now my screen is no longer the familiar two gears spinning. Instead, one of the gears has been replaced by the lightning bolt. I'm going to flash it before I go to bed tonight, maybe when I wake up it will be fixed... LOL.
