Hard reset question

Hello,

I want to hard reset since it has been taking up too much phone storage. My question is, if I hard reset, will I lose the apps that are installed on SD card too? Or they'll stay intact?

To be honest, today I did hard reset of my Lumia to fix error downloading FB app. Now I downloaded the app but every app I try to start crashes on the start - more precisely just blinks and does not open at all. This is much worse reason not to do Hard reset. So dissapointed with my Lumia lately.
