harvest game not working

ok so I just took advantage of the latest deal of the week and purchased the harvest. I installed it on my HTC arrive and it will not work past the intro video. it just crashes and sends me back to the games hub main screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it is still doing it. the mind boggling situation is I've had the trial installed before and it played perfectly but I had to do a hard reset to get my data working again on 4/1 so I haven't reinstalled ot till now and or will not play for nothing. what else can I do to fix this as I do not want to resort to a hard reset? im too far along in assassins creed and everything else to do so so there has to be another way to get this to work.

Since you didn't list it I'll ask the obvious, have to tried a soft reset after it was crashing?

yea I was trying to avoid the soft reset too. however once I saw that all my games were crashing I went and did it so its solved now . soo much for my 15 days of uptime
