Has anyone been getting Windows Central notifications duplicated?

I've been getting new article notifications twice in a row in my Notification Center. Anyone else having this issue? Here's a screenshot http://1drv.ms/1ux6h8i

Got them sometime back but an update was supposed to have fixed it. I will say the site itself has been kind of wonky all evening. Sometimes site loads, sometimes not, clicking a post and page gets jumbled up...............

I've been getting older notifications when new one comes in...and it hasn't been fixed
