Has Nokia accidentally unveiled a new tile size?

So Nokia posted this today. See the HERE live tile? It's a 3*4 tile, a new icon size.

First thoughts were that their graphics designer fooled around. So I took the live tile of a proper image (http://mashable.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/lumia-1520-hero.jpg)
and made some lines to show that the icon is actually correct.S
