Has something changed with Cortana's ability to be able to schedule reminders?

I've got a Lumia 950 with Windows 10 Mobile. I used to be able to activate Cortana and ask her to set a reminder for myself. I tried doing that today, but nothing happened. Is there some issue with Cortana? Could it be something else, like reception?

Possibly a reception or internet connection issue.

I presume you have tried a soft reset?

I have found oddly most of these niggles tend to clear up on my L930 after a soft reset... although I admit they shouldn't occur.. however as solutions go that is the easiest to check .).
