Has the 8.1 update started rolling out yet?

Has anybody got the official 8.1 update yet, i don't mean the beta, i though the rumor was April the 23rd?

I am in the UK with an stock sim-free 1020 with an O2 sim card.

Also why can i not find a software update sticky for the 1020? , I would have asked there if i could find one.

Dude, in the BUILD Conference which we had in the first week of April, it was officially announced by Joe Belfiore(who is currently leading the OS team) that it is going to reach consumers by next 2-3 months. How can you believe on such rumors ..!

If we had a software update sticky thread, it would be a lot easier to keep up to date with software updates without having to start new threads.
