Has the Anniversary Update been rolled out to everyone yet?

I was over my mom's last night (Ohio in the US) and checked her computer, she still hasn't gotten the update. Her automatic update is turned on and I also manually checked. Just curious.

I downloaded a generic Win 10 ISO from MS directly and started the upgrade process. I had minor problems with store app and now fixed after logging into MSA.

In my house 3 desktops, 1 laptop, and 1 VM have been upgraded.
2 laptops and 2 VMs still haven't.

Multiple machines (desktops, laptops, tablets). Some older, some brand new. No sign of AU on any of them.

I got tired of waiting so I just forced the update after a week.
