Has there been any response from Microsoft on a brick down phone like 520 and other Lumia phones?

any latest news from microsoft regarding brickdown phone while rolling back to 8.1 from windows 10 preview ...many peoples lost their phones while updated from w.r.t.even microsoft was least bothered about brick down phone.many days are passed but no support from microsoft yet.we are eagerly waiting for reply ....no use of latest version of w.r.t

How long should we wait ....pls respond Microsoft

You knew the risks, bricking was a possibility they warned about. If you weren't willing to accept the risks, shouldn't have signed up.

I agree with Xandros9, my 1020 has taken a good few flashes though. That wasn't a photography pun either.

Maybe you should have taken notice of others and not joined them by trying to take a preview as a near RTM, or even joined in because you were tempted. At least not with such a cheap phone, Microsoft may have wanted you to buy a new one.
