hauwei fusion phone by att locked

l bought a hauwei fuson phone by att and it was suppose to come unlocked well it it not and they refuse to unlock it because i have a different carrier which is consumer cellular i tried five times to request an unlock code and was denied all five times. i even applied for a free code and still to this day have not gotten a reply can someboy help. i had internet on my old phone but had t cancel because att wont unlock my new hauwei fusion phone

officially, you are out of luck. although you might have luck buying a code from something like cellunlocker.net or a small shop.

but, I strongly recommend posting over at Android Central, our sister site because the users over there are more familiar with Android's such as your phone and would be better equipped to help.

Who was supposed to have unlocked it? If a seller advertises a phone as unlocked and it is not... You have to go back to the seller to redress the issue.
