I suspect just the last. I also believe all the hacks asked you not to proceed unless you had a known to work flashing tool you trusted to revert.

So far as I know, Blu does not have a tool for flashing a Windows Phone ROM...

Are you sure you have specific blu flash tool ? where you get it? from BLU Support team?

Windows Phone Recovery Tool (newest version) does not support BLU, as i know, BLU can not be detected.

I think the OP is asking for a tool. I believe he must have used the "Chinese Hack" and gotten stuck with no way to revert (see date of OP).

There is no URL because there is no Tool to flash a Blu. You should not have hacked Win 10 on your phone without a way to flash back.

Seek qualified service from the store you bought the phone from or from Blu.
