HD YouTube videos in Internet Explorer?

Is there any way to play YouTube videos in HD in IE or any other browser? Yes I know I can play HD vids in apps like mytube but the thing is the browsers load the pages fast and also starts the videos fast if compared to the apps, and I like that. But only if it had the option to play it in hd it would be perfect.
