headphone call volume very low during calls

Hi,

I am facing an issue. My headphone (the one bundled with the phone) volume during calls is sometimes very low even after maxing it out to 10/10.
I haven't switched to phone speaker for that time to check if that is low too, but in recent past I have had trouble with phone speaker low volume too.

The headphones are fine while watching video or listening to audio, but during call (not all calls) the volume becomes very very low.


Any solution to this issue?

I had this problem for the first week when I purchased my phone in November. I finally realized that I was not pushing the headphones completely and securely into the slot.

Signal is fine.. it is Vodafone/Mumbai-India

1. Open Music +Videos



2. Play some mp3 file



3. Click windows icon.



4. Now click down volume button and you will see this and Click pause button



All done
Now your Bluetooth headset volume will be very clear and loud. ENJOY

That is some work around for a problem I didn't ask a solution for.. I have clearly mentioned the headset bundled with the phone.. not the bluetooth ones...

1. Open Music +Videos

I had the exact same problem and what Davey said in post #3 also solved it. Sometimes it looks like they are firmly into the plug but they are not. Just pushing them harder in solves my problem every time...
