Headphone mic very low sound with Lumia 535

Lumia 535 running Windows 10. I recently bought a bluetooth headset "Boat Rockerz 600". Reviews on Amazon say its built-in mic works well for calls, but I'm not able to use it for phone calls as the other party always has trouble hearing me, though I can hear everything clearly. Is there any way to improve the bluetooth mic gain on my device?
