Headphones jack problem

My Lumia 920 doesnt detect my headphones are plugged out. So the Phone constantly thinks it has headphones plugged in. I hear no sound when calling, no ringtones, no music, ...
Anyone else with this problem?
Any solution?

worst case is exchanging the headphone jack, but is super-easy and super-cheap. Did with mine after experiencing issues while making phone calls (phone was constantly switching between headphone jack (with no headphones plugged in) and the normal earpiece during calls)
