Headphones volume limit in WP 7.8

it seems that the 7.8 upgrade brings a limitation on the maximum volume when whit headphones plugged.
Even the volume indicating 30 seems lower than before, can anyone confirm?

confirmed volume low on wp devices, you google xda over volume restriction issue and its there !!
