help 8.1 gdr 1 to cyan

hi ı update to gdr 1 beta now cyan relased in my country so ı want to update my phone to cyan but its say my phone already updated and ı cant use nokia recovery tool becouse ı am using vista 32 bit

You will need to either wait until Microsoft issues a fix to install Cyan directly without downgrading or use someone else's computer running Windows 7 or higher to use the recovery tool.

They'll fix it, no one knows when. If you're really keen on getting Cyan now then you'll need to flash to Black and then update
