Help Activating Cortana

Hi,

I am using L1020 in Belgium. Installed 8.1 Update 1 developer preview.

I was trying to activate cortana but it just would not show up. Can some1 please tell me what is wrong?

Please check the screenshots below. I also tried soft reset without any luck.

Try going to SETTINGS, REGION - and change the "Regional format" to "match my phone language" but keep "Country/Region" to United States

I had to set it like that to work (in Canada), with the rest set up the same as yours.

Worked for me, might work for you as well

Setting were just as you said. Not working

Yup. Change region and language to Eng(us).

It is English us but no luck

Hard Reset did the trick
