Help, Battery Saver apps Force Close

I have a problem in my Lumia 520 (Windows Phone 8.1, Lumia Cyan)
Why since this morning, Battery Saver app on my Lumia keeps force close when raises "data loading"?
I've tried restarting, remove the battery + sim + micro SD card, replace the region, soft reset, but the result is still like it as well.
Please the solution

Maybe you can try re- installing the battery saver app. Go to settings...then date and time...then change your year to anything after 2110. After that try opening the battery saver from settings. It will give an option to delete the app. Do it. And then reinstall the app. To reinstall go to windowsphone.com and search " battery saver " . Open and install. Hope it helps.

This morning I check back, it was back to normal. Last night I had to change the date to the year 2110 and above, and could not. Thanks...
