Help Cellular Internet doesn't work

Celluar Internet isn't working. (Lumia 730 India; Lumia Denim updated). It shows "H" on top. So 3G is available,

ALready tried turning phone on-off
Tried Vodafone and Idea Sims
Tried Turning Flight Mode on/off
Tried enabling roaming

WiFI works, no app is able to connect to internet through cellular data.

hey!

try checking your access point settings under settings menu. Make sure there are some profiles exist and one of them is active
