Help: Colors on external monitor for Surface Book look washed out

Hello, I have a surface book connected to two 4k monitors through the docking station. The colors on one of the monitor appears washed out, over saturated, and high contrasted. Is there a way to fix this?

I read it might have to do with setting the color from limited RBG to Full RBG. I can't find any settings. Please help!

I exhausted all known options from color calibrating, driver updating, changing hdmi cables, driver update rollback, etc.
