Help: error code 0x85010014 when setting up Exchange Email Acct

I am trying to set up one of my Exchange accts on my 950XL and I keep getting this error code 0x85010014.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
 
Have you tried a hard reset? I've gotten this before, but I caused it by accidentally interrupting an update.
 
well, just now i've contact my IT Department. My problem is actually...my company now use Office365 for the email. since i don't subscribe or have the Office365, then i can't sync to my mail server anymore. damn Microsoft!

previously i use Lumia 1020 with Win 8 mobile with no problem syncing.
 
i subscribe to our office365 mail service but still i am getting this error in my phone (lumia 925 with insider build (latest update)). but when i connected via cellular it works great but in wifi it is doesn't. any clue.

I have same issue - when I disabled WiFi it works (Lumia 950 XL)
