Help: Having issue with L730.. :(

Using L730 with W10 build 10512.. My front cam isn't working and it shows- 'Something went wrong
Make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app.' Is it a software issue or hardware? Anyone facing the same problem?

Have done everything but still not working.. It wasnt working from the previous build. it used to show some error.. But after updating to latest build the error went now shows this.. Changing from 'error code' to 'something other', looks like a software problem but if it was a software problem then every one should've had this problem and not just me..

No.. Not a software issue.. Its the hardware issue and company's fault demand a new phone or get it repaired for free

Had this on my 640 on 8.1, soft reset your phone, re-install camera app, soft reset again, should be working now.

It is actually both. The camera was working in windows phone 8.1 but not on windows 10. Try downgrading back to 8.1 and check if it's working again.

I can't think of anything but taking it to get repaired. I'd suggest one more thing, flash back to 8.1, hard reset it for clean installation, do the thing i told you in my previous post, if it's not working then it's a hardware issue.

Lol i did it earlier but its not working.. Dwngraded to 8.1 then did a hard reset and tried what you said.. Its a hardware issue..
