Help I broke something...

Well I was going through my sync options in hotmail and google mail and after setting them to manually sync my live tiles for them disappeared and they are in the list to the right anymore. All that's left is my Metromail and I couldn't find sync options for that in the settings. So what happened? How to I get my google and hotmail back?

Go to email+accounts and see if the accounts are present there. If they are present, try a reboot or try and delete them and add them again. If normal restart doesn't work, download a keyboard or language pack and then install it to force a reboot.
