HELP! I've fallen and I can't get up!

Just updated my phone's native call/sms app and the phone seemed to reboot itself a few times. Now it's stuck on 'Nokia' reboot, it's just showing Nokia and not doing anything else. Holding down the power button does sweet f all.

Tried calling Nokia, 'all our lines are busy, call back', I'm no. 1 in the online chat support queue, been there for 20 mins no... they are ignoring me!

Anyone have any suggestions??? Help!!!

Did you try a hard reset? Volume down, power and camera buttons till it vibrates.

Every search, and the FAQ and the Support pages on the Nokia site just advised holding down the power button. There was no mention of a sequence of buttons. Grrr!
