HELP - Lock Screen Issue - Unable to use my phone

Hello Everyone,
I have an issue with my Nokia Lumia 920. I generally had a 4 pin password for my lock screen. I decided to change it a couple of days ago. I mistakenly put in the wrong pin a few times one after the other and ended up with the lock screen showing how much time I have before I can put in the right pin again. But before the time expired I got carried away with some issues at work and everytime I got a call or a msg I put in the wrong pin again only increasing the time to actually unlock the scree. After ending up at 128 mins to unlock the screen I decided to soft reset my phone. This is what I have got now ... What are my options?? Could please some help me. Being an easter weekend Nokia care is off for a few days. So any help from the members here would be much appreciated.

Wow. You can't use your phone for 9 months... You might be able to use the Find My Phone feature to remotely reset your device from your computer. If you've backed up your phone this should be little more than a bit of extra time to restore everything. Unfortunately, if you aren't using the 8.1 developer preview, you will lose your app data. (saved games, etc) But I think it still beats waiting until after the long weekend to get your phone back.

Tried find my phone from windowsphone.com but the service is unable to find my phone let alone lock or erase it. Prob will try again later in a couple of hours and see if it works. Thanks for your reply btw, kind of stuck with an odd problem. Google search has no similar results for my issue :-(

I hard reset my phone now. Think this is the only way forward. Lost all my data and apps. Should have backed my phone up more often .... Live and learn as the saying goes ...

To hard reset your Nokia Lumia 920 using key combination - WP8

Recover your Windows phone 8 phone Nokia 920 reset forgotten password Nokia Lumia 920 phone, unlock your Nokia Lumia 920

1. Turn your Lumia 920 off.
2. Press Volume DOWN and keep pressing it while you connect the charger until you see an exclamation mark!.
3. Press - in this order - Volume UP - Volume DOWN - POWER - VOLUME DOWN.
4. Your phone will reset and reboot. Pls be patient during the reset process.
