Help me decide.

I'm looking for a new phone for backup. I used to have Lumia 520, liked it but wanted more. Currently using Moto G. Would any one recommend this one or suggest another.
I am using AT&T no contract.

Moto G is your best option also a nexus 5.

Also newer option and even better is the Alcatel idol 3.

Stay away from alcatel, worst support for mobiles is expected from them. They don't release software updates unlike motorola. Moto G is better.

I'd pick up the Lumia 640 when it hits ATT.

the Lumia 635 is pretty cheap, the 820 is an even better deal if you don't mind used, the 920/925 isn't expensive...

Maybe the ATIV S Neo and HTC 8x if you don't mind lack of updates. (OK hardware in itself)

although the 640 may be a better option when it appears soon.
