Help me get a university of phoenix app on windows.

IOS and Android have one https://portal.phoenix.edu/public/mobile.html why can't they make one for Windows? I think the school has a ton of students who use Windows PC's, Tablets, and Phones. Me included. So I am asking the WP Central community for some help. If you currently or have attended this school and have the above mentioned platforms, or are windows users. Something needs to be said. So I ask you to request this app be made. Mods I understand if this may not be the right forum for this so if you want to move it to the correct place that's fine.
