Help me install WP 7.8

Hey!

How do i install WP 7.8 on my Lumia 800, i saw this link Windows Phone 7.8 custom ROMS with RTM build hit XDA for various devices | Windows Phone Central, but how do i flash?

You can read the XDA threads, all the info is there. But if you don't know what you are doing, I think you are better off waiting for the official release. It shouldn't be far away now and you'll avoid the risk of bricking your phone.

I would follow StevesBalls advice and wait for the official release. I'm looking forward to the update to, although all I really want is the updated start screen, but don't want the risk of bricking my phone installing an unofficial ROM.

I guess its pretty easy to flash WP7.8 on Lumia ... the main question is your bootloader

on W8 though, they'll only say they're installing the device so how could you pick up your type of bootloader?
