Help - My Store tile is not transparent on the taskbar anymore?

Weird issue.... the Store tile and all modern apps originally looked nice with monochrome icons on my taskbar, but after restarting now they are showing as ugly tiles on my taskbar (i.e like it did in 8.1). Is there some sort of setting for this to put it back to the transparent icon on my taskbar?

Same issue here after a clean install. Mail and Groove icons are doing the same.
Have read about other people with the same problem.
All the apps are up to date.
Have tried to unpin them and re-pin.

Groove and Movies is fine for me but Xbox/Store/Mail aren't. Weird.
