Help needed for syncing of outlook

My outlook mail is not getting connected to mail app but its connected to calender app. Everytime i tried to add the outlook account it never shows up. Its just like symcing problem that happened with wp8.1 too where mails wont sync . Please help me out

Not sure if you'll do it, but it worked for me.

Change the password of your outlook account > hard reset the phone > set it up from scratch with that account

Worked for me. Couldn't add my outlook account before I did this, but my store was connected to it.. Weird
