Help Needed !!!!

Hi,
I am very new for WP, & just planning to purchase a windows 7.5 phone (Lumia 710 or 800)
Cannot wait for 820 as don't know, when it will be launching in india.
My basic question is, as current old devices will be updated till windows 7.8 , will those devices be able to access new applications from market place made for wp8 in future ??

That depends on the developer of the app. If an app is made for WP7.x it will work on WP8 but not the other way around. So if an app is made for WP8 the developer will also have to write the app for WP7.x and maintain both apps.

I purchased Nokia Lumia 800
