Help! No XBox Live connection!

For some reason my HTC Titan (Gen1) hard reset and I had to set the phone up from scratch again. No big deal except that when I try to update apps, access Wordament or download apps, I can't. Wordament replies "can't connect to your XBox Live acct"; app updates and new app downloads say "problem completing your request. Error code 80004003." When I look at my XBox Live Tile, my info/GamerTag/gamerscore are correct but my avatar isn't updated to reflect what it looks like on my Xbox. When I launch "XBox Extras" it tries to retrieve XBox information but then errors with "Make sure airplane mode is off, you have cell or wifi connection and your account + time settings are correct." They are. I've triple-checked. Of note: I got an email from XBox Support saying I needed to update my credit card info cuz the card had expired (it actually had, so this wasn't phishing) and I did. Still the same problem.

Anybody else run into this or seen this before?

I have never had this problem but it seems like your microsoft account wasn't properly synced with your phone. I am guessing your live account is linked with xbox account or are you using a different account?

Live acct is linked with my xbox account. I can successfully use my XBox Live acct via two different XBoxes as well as download stuff and play games online. Something seems to be creating an issue specifically for the phone config
