[HELP]Severe Battery Problem

Since the past 2 days I'm having severe battery issues...
Charging takes all eternity and it is all drained in 5hours max.

I'm so fed up of this

I tried
>Soft reset
>Full discharge and charge again

Also
Phone becomes a furnace while charging

NFC and GPS are off
Any suggestions?

Also a reboot causes drastic battery level changes

Before reboot battery was 50% and 99% after reboot

And while charging , i have observed the charging led alternatively flashing red and green

Reset to factory defaults and see if the battery still drains. Then you know if it is hardware or software. Make sure you have backup on first
