[Help]WiFi and mobile data not working

After i updated to 8.1, i couldn't turn on WiFi nor use my mobile data connection. When i try to turn on WiFi, i get this error message:

I tried rebooting, soft reset, taking off the battery, but still doesn't work
Help me please

Glad it sorted. I have tried multiple hard resets and its still not working :'(

I had the same issue on my 920 - a hard reset (in the settings - about menu) fixed it for me.
