[Help] Windows 8 problems?

My phone will not download updates, regardless of all the settings and wifi connections and never has done?
Also, when I download music via my windows 8 PC, it duplicates tracks 3-4 times, if I delete via my PC, they stay on the phone. It's driving me crazy, what's wrong with the bloody thing??

Use Windows Phone app for desktop to sync music. Thos way it wont duplicate.

Also, on what WP version are you ?
