Help with app data after 8.1 update

So, I moved all my apps to my SD card. Except for aps like facebook, all other apps are in the sd card. My question is 'Can I do a factory reset of my phone without losing my app data as all the apps are on my SD card?'. I haven't tried it as I am afraid that I will lose the data of some games which currently do not support cloud.

I need an answer to this one as well. Updating my phone right now, and this would decide whether or not I reset.
